Kang Dong Ho, better known by his stage name Baekho, is the vocalist, dancer, and composer of the boy group NU'EST. They debuted on March 15, 2012, with the single titled "Face". He appeared in After School's video for the song ''Play Ur Love'', Hello Venus's video for the song ''Venus'', and As Blue's video for the song ''Wonder Boy''.

Kang made his musical theatre debut as Haram in the musical Midnight Sun in 2021.

NU’EST’s contracts expired on March 14, 2022 and Baekho renewed his contract with PLEDIS Entertainment. A compilation album, Needle & Bubble, was released on March 15, 2022 to mark the group's 10-year anniversary as they officially disbanded the same day.

Baekho made his solo debut with 1st mini album titled ‘Absolute Zero’ along with the lead single 'No Rules' on October 12, 2022.
